SD card interface is widely used in various consumer electronics, industrial control equipment, and automotive electronics. Its structure and usage scenarios determine that it also faces a high risk of electrostatic discharge (ESD). Plugging in and out of the SD card during system operation will cause voltage mutation or static accumulation, forming contact discharge or surge superposition. However, the SD interface is not isolated or buffered, and its pins are often directly connected to the main control SoC, FPGA or MCU.
